We recently began a rescue program to aid the many birds who, through neglect or abuse, need a new home. While many of these birds come to us with emotional issues or health problems, we do our best to rehabilitate them and ready them for integration into a new family setting. While at the Ark, these poor creatures will receive the best health care and nurturing along with behavior modification exercises. Our goal is to give these birds the love and attention they need and to teach these birds to be a great addition to your family.

Our rescue birds are housed in a separate location, away from our breeder and pet birds, and are quarantined until they are thoroughly examined and receive a clean bill of health from our avian veterinarian.

Please rest assured that we will always disclose any issues a particular bird may have before purchase. We want you and your bird to have the best possible start to your relationship.
